Hungry Kitchens Order

About us

A Mediterranean kitchen that comes to you.

Hungry Kitchens cooks Mediterranean food for offices, events and gatherings across San Francisco, the Peninsula and the East Bay.

There is no counter to queue at. You tell us the headcount and the day, we cook it for that date, and it turns up set up and ready to serve.

What we cook

Mezze through to dessert.

Dips and mezze, salads and grilled vegetables, sandwiches and boxed lunches, skewers and slow-cooked mains, breakfast and pastries, acai bowls and smoothies.

127 dishes on the menu today, all of them on the menu page with their prices and their allergens.

Tell us what a room is avoiding and we will work around it. Everything is cooked in one shared kitchen, so ask rather than assume.

How we work

Made for the day it is eaten.

  • Cooked to order

Nothing is made ahead and held. Every order is cooked for the day it goes out, which is why the kitchen asks for the notice it does.

  • One kitchen, the whole spread

Mezze, salads, sandwiches, skewers, slow-cooked mains, breakfast, pastries, acai bowls and smoothies all come from the same kitchen — so a spread reads as one meal.

  • Built for a room, not a plate

Boxed individually for a team that eats at its desk, or on platters for one that eats together. Both arrive labeled and ready to serve.

Who we feed

Offices, events and gatherings.

Team lunches and all-hands, launches and offsites, celebrations and family gatherings — rooms of a dozen and rooms of a hundred.

Orders start at $250 on a weekday and $300 at the weekend, delivery is free over $2500, and we deliver to 264 postcodes across San Francisco, the Peninsula and the East Bay.

Get your order in by 2pm, 2 days ahead. Everything is cooked from scratch for your date, so the kitchen needs the run-up.
